At Perfume Enclave, we’re not a manufacturer — we’re a reseller, and we focus on bringing you authentic, carefully curated perfumes from different sources.

Each order goes through a few important steps before it reaches you:

1. We also wait for 24 working hours before processing any order — just in case you change your mind, request a cancellation, or want to exchange.

2. Maceration & preparation time: Some perfumes require time to mature and stabilize before shipping

> What is a 72-hour maceration period?

Maceration is the process where perfume oils are blended and left undisturbed to rest and settle.

During this 72-hour period, the fragrance ingredients mix, balance, and develop their true depth and character.

Think of it as letting the perfume “breathe” — this short resting time ensures the scent smells richer, smoother, and more long-lasting when it reaches you.

3. Quality check: We ensure every product is properly packed and sealed.

4. Shipping delays: Occasionally, our courier partners face operational delays due to location, weather, or high order volume.

Typically, our delivery timeline is around 10–15 days (from the date of successful payment), though we always try to ship sooner whenever possible.

We currently do not offer COD to ensure a smooth, safe, and hassle-free delivery process for all our customers.

Our perfumes have an oil concentration of 40%, making them long-lasting and luxurious.

💎 High oil concentration = less need to reapply frequently

Due to the nature of the product (perfumes), we do not accept returns once the parcel is delivered.

However, if you receive:

• The wrong item(s)
  

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately after opening the parcel.

Note: Please record a short unboxing video as proof.

Here’s what to include:

1. Show the outer package clearly (with shipping label visible).
   
2. Open the package on camera and show the product inside.
   
3. Highlight the damage/issue clearly in the video.
